Evidence supports the need for workplace wellness programs. More health care organizations are implementing health and wellness strategies to reduce absenteeism, increase productivity, reduce use of health care benefits and increase morale and loyalty. As respected leaders and role models in the community, health care organizations can have a direct impact on their own employees and in population health.
Join executives and wellness champions for the 7th-Annual Health Care Provider Wellness Conference this July 13-14. The conference will explore research, evidence-based wellness programs and best practices that will provide you with relevant information and practical tools.
