LEAD Academy is the association’s most in-demand education offering. Hundreds of graduates attest to its effectiveness in the health care workplace. 

Course topics include workload management, collaboration, understanding personality types, motivating employees — and more.

The complimentary webinar runs from 10 – 11 a.m. on Nov. 5.

Webinar participants will meet course trainers and receive a detailed briefing on LEAD Academy training. 

The course itself takes place over six days — usually once a month over six months. Two modules are covered each day. The course is tailored for recently-hired, newly-appointed or previously untrained health care managers and supervisors.
