LEAD Academy’s 2018 spring and fall dates are now set and registration is open. All sessions are scheduled for 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at USC Verdugo Hills Hospital in Glendale.

LEAD Academy sessions provide a safe environment to practice newly-learned skills and align work goals and actions to support an organization’s vision. Engaging activities guide participants through the process of understanding differing leadership styles and overcoming the distinct challenges of being a leader.
