HASC Welcomes New Member Hospitals

Phillip Franks (above) is CEO at two facilities under construction in Orange County. They include an acute psychiatric hospital in Aliso Viejo and a general acute care hospital in Anaheim.


The HASC Executive Committee approved two new hospital members earlier this month. The association extends them a warm welcome.

Diversity Data Service Powers AB 962 Compliance

HASC and Communities Lifting Communities (CLC) are partnering with Diversity Information Resources (DIR) to help member hospitals manage diversity information for vendors and business partners. New legislation connected to AB 962 requires hospitals to annually submit a report on efforts to diversify business partners with minority-owned, woman-owned, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT), and disabled veteran-owned business enterprises.
