Patient Safety First Event on June 10 Focuses on Physician Leaders

Physician champions make all the difference in our QI Program efforts. On Wednesday, June 10, the Southern California Patient Safety First (PSF) Collaborative meeting focuses purely on these physician champions, and includes five Category 1 CME credits.

Kelly Bruno Named CEO of National Health Foundation

Ms. Kelly Bruno has been appointed chief executive officer (CEO) of the National Health Foundation (NHF), a Los Angeles-based non-profit organization dedicated to improving and enhancing the health care of the underserved by developing and supporting innovative programs. Bruno succeeds Dr. J. Eugene Grigsby, III, who led the NHF for 13 years before retiring at the end of March. Bruno started her role as CEO this month.
