Learn to develop your own skills, support the development of others, and manage and develop a successful organization by attending this winter and spring’s LEAD Academy — HASC’s widely-acclaimed leadership-development program. The series of six sessions begins Friday, Jan. 24 at USC Verdugo Hills Hospital, in Glendale.

LEAD Academy provides a safe environment, in small, interactive groups, to practice newly-learned skills and align work goals and actions to support the broader vision of an organization.
