The program is broken into four, eight-and-a-half-hour sessions that offer a comprehensive introduction to Lean tools proven to eliminate waste, reduce costs, improve quality and deliver greater value to organizations. Each session incorporates real-world simulations and exercises. This course is a prerequisite for some of the other Lean courses offered.
