Finding innovative solutions to support employees during the COVID-19 pandemic, USC Verdugo Hills Hospital is partnering with Sodexo to launch an in-house grocery delivery service – and is moving to widespread use of iPads to connect patients with staff and family members.

Introducing the Homeless Guardians Campaign

An exciting communications campaign created by our partners at California Hospital Association and the Our Health California digital community spotlights the positive work of hospitals to support the area’s homeless population. A new campaign, called Homeless Guardians, shares stories that underline the moving and very critical work hospitals do for our society’s most vulnerable. It’s a four-part photo essay with accompanying writeups featuring real people from Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento and San Diego.
